To save us both time please follow these steps:
FIRST check out the FAQ section above for important details that can help you learn about my specialties, what I refer out to other counselors, billing (ie. no insurance) cost, when I am in the office, etc. Please read this BEFORE reaching out to inquire about counseling with me to answer your initial questions.
SECOND, if you think we might be a fit for each other or if you are unsure or you have other related questions, please fill out this contact form which arrives at my secure email only read by me. Tell me a little bit about what you (or your child) is going through, why you decided to reach out to a counselor, and your phone number (if filling out form for minor give me parent name and number please. The phone consult is only for the parent, not the minor).
I will email back in approximately three business days to follow up about your consultation request.
THIRD, after I email you back, IF you are looking into potential counseling within my specialties, I will schedule you for a FREE 15 minute phone consultation at times when I am available so that we can start to explore where you are in your journey!
During this phone consultation with you I will professionally assess if we are a good fit for each other, and if we are, THEN I will schedule your intake appointment!
