Rachel provides counseling for females 11+ only and offers telehealth counseling only to those in the state of Texas at the time of appointment.‍ ‍

This scheduled free call is a no-pressure 15 min call to help Rachel understand your needs and to see if you both are a good fit to work together. If this all aligns, Rachel will schedule your intake session by the end of the call.
