If you’re seeking counseling for a minor, a parent must fill this out on the minor’s behalf. Rachel provides counseling for women/girls 11+ only and offers telehealth counseling only to those in the state of Texas at the time of appointment. This is a no-pressure 15 min call to help me understand where you’re at and see if we’re a good fit to work together. If we’re aligned, I’ll schedule your intake session before the end of the call.
