To make this process efficient for you, please follow these steps:

FIRST check out the FAQ section for important details that can help you learn about Rachel’s specialties, what she refers out to other counselors, billing (i.e.. does not accept insurance), cost of sessions, office hours, etc. Please read this BEFORE reaching out to inquire about counseling with Rachel to answer your initial questions.

SECOND, if you think you might be a fit as a potential client or you are unsure or you have other related questions, please fill out this contact form which arrives at a secure email. Explain about what you (or your child) is going through, why you decided to reach out to a counselor, and your phone number (if filling out form for minor give parent name and number please. The phone consult is only for the parent, NOT the minor).

Your email will be responded to within approximately two business days to follow up about your consultation request.

THIRD, once your email is responded to, IF you are looking into potential counseling within Rachel’s specialties and she has new client openings, your FREE 15-minute phone consultation will be scheduled so that we can start to explore where you are in your journey!

During this phone consultation with you, there will be an assessment on if you and Rachel are a good fit for each other, and if so, THEN your intake appointment will be scheduled!
