SADNESS, DEPRESSION, & SELF-HARM

Maybe you are grieving and do not know why, or you know why but need to share it. Maybe you have been through an incredible amount of suffering and are left with anger, sadness, or questions. Maybe you feel like you have lost your voice. Maybe you just feel like a dark cloud is following you around as you go about your day without knowing why or maybe it is even hard to function.
